Can I cancel or modify an order?Updated 12 days ago

You can request an order cancellation before it has been fulfilled and shipped. Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled—but you can return it once it arrives.


How to request a cancellation

To request a cancellation, go to:

Manage My Order > More Options > Cancel My Order

Fill out the form, and our Customer Service team will review your request.


Important things to know

  • We’ll always do our best to cancel your order.

  • Your order may already be processed or shipped, even if you just placed it.

  • Once you submit the request, our team will review it and email you within 48 hours with an update.

  • If it’s too late to cancel, don’t worry—you’ll still be able to return your order once it arrives.


Need to change something instead?

If you need to update your order (such as size, colour, or shipping address), go to:

Manage My Order > Change something about my order

Just like cancellations, changes aren’t always possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Our team will review your request and follow up by email within 48 hours.

If changes can’t be made in time, you’ll still have the option to return or exchange the item once delivered.
