   1. How can I earn points?

    You earn 1 point for every dollar spent in-store or online. You can also earn points by following our social media or referring friends. Every dollar ($1) spent (before taxes) equals 1 point. For every 100 points accumulated, you will earn a $5 discount voucher, up to a maximum of 500 points ($25 discount). 

2. How can I check how many points I’ve earned?

    You can check your points balance by logging into your GLOBO Rewards account. Log in here or create an account. 

3. Is there a limit to how many points I can accumulate?

    There is no limit to the number of points you can accumulate. However, a maximum of 500 points can be redeemed at once, which equals a $25 discount voucher. 

4. What are the other ways to earn points?

    Birthday Rewards: 100 points (Rewards), 200 points (Plus), 300 points (VIP) 

    Rewards for each year with us: 50 points 

    Rewards when changing status: 50 points (Plus), 100 points (VIP) 

    Referral Program: Offer a friend a $20 discount on their first purchase of $100 or more, and earn 400 points for each successful referral. 

5. When will I see my points in my account?

    You will see your points within 48 hours of your purchase. For any questions about your points balance, contact our customer service at: [email protected]. 

6. Do the discount vouchers expire?

    Yes, each voucher is valid for 30 days after activation. After that, the voucher and the points associated with it will no longer be valid. 

7. Do my points expire?

    Points expire after 12 months if not converted into a discount coupon. A reminder email will be sent 60 and 30 days before the expiration date.
