1. How can I earn points?

You earn 1 point for every dollar spent in store or online. You can also earn points by following us on social media or referring friends. Every dollar ($1) spent (before taxes) equals 1 point. Every block of 100 points earned entitles you to a $5 discount voucher, up to a maximum of 500 points ($25 off).

2. How can I find out how many points I've earned?

You can check your point balance by logging in to your GLOBO Privileges account. Log in here or create an account.

3. Is there a limit to the points that can be earned?

There is no limit to the number of points you can earn. However, a maximum of 500 points can be redeemed at one time, which is equivalent to a $25 discount voucher.

4. What are other ways to earn points?

Birthday rewards: 100 points (Privileges), 200 points (Plus), 300 points (VIP)

Anniversary rewards: 50 points for each year with us

Status upgrade rewards: 50 points (Plus), 100 points (VIP)

Friend referral: Give a friend $20 off a first purchase of $100 or more, and receive 400 points for each successful referral.

5. When will I see my points in my account?

You will see your points accumulated within 48 hours of your purchase. For any questions regarding your point balance, contact our customer service at the following address: [email protected].

6. Do discount vouchers have an expiry date?

Yes, each voucher is valid for 30 days after its activation date. After that time, the voucher and the associated points will no longer be valid.

7. Do my points expire?

Points expire after 12 months if they are not converted into a discount coupon. An email reminder will be sent 60 and 30 days before the expiration date.
