1. What is the GLOBO Rewards program?
GLOBO Rewards is a free loyalty program that allows you to earn points for every dollar spent in our stores or online. Points can then be exchanged for discount vouchers to be used on future purchases.
2. Who can participate?
Any GLOBO customer can sign up and become a member.
3. Is it free to become a member?
Yes, registration is free. Additionally, you will earn 100 points upon registration.
4. How can I become a member?
You can sign up at any GLOBO store or online at globoshoes.com. Simply enter your full name, email address, and accept the program terms. You will then receive an email confirming your GLOBO Rewards member.
5. Are there any additional benefits upon registration?
Yes, you will earn extra points for various actions, such as:
100 points for signing up
25 points for subscribing to our newsletter
25 points for following us on Facebook
25 points for following us on Instagram
25 points for following us on TikTok
6. How can I change my password?
Go to our GLOBO Rewards page. Click on "Forgot password," then enter your email address (make sure it's the one you used during your GLOBO Rewards registration). You will receive an email with instructions on how to change your password.
7. What are the privacy and communication rules?

How can I close my account?
We will be sorry to see you go, but to close your account, simply contact our customer service at: [email protected].
8. Can I opt-out of communications?
Yes, you can opt-out of communications by clicking "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the newsletter or any GLOBO email. However, you will no longer receive account statements, exclusive offers, or birthday surprises.
9. How do the 3 different statuses work?
All members start with the REWARDS status upon registration. Members who spend $150 or more annually will be upgraded to the PLUS status, unlocking additional benefits. Members who spend $300 or more annually will be upgraded to the VIP status, unlocking even more benefits. The status is maintained for one year after being reached, unless there are returns.
