Do my points expire?
Yes. Points expire 12 months after they are earned if they aren’t redeemed for a discount voucher.
We’ll send reminder emails 60 days and 30 days before your points expire.
Do discount vouchers expire?
Yes. Once activated, discount vouchers are valid for 30 days.
After that time, the voucher and the points used to create it will no longer be valid.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can redeem at once?
Yes. You can redeem up to 500 points at a time, equal to a $25 discount voucher.
What is the conversion rate for points?
Every 100 points can be redeemed for $5 in savings, up to 500 points ($25) per voucher.
