Why can't I order an item online?Updated an hour ago

Thanks for your interest in GLOBO Shoes! If you've found an item that appears on our website but isn't available to order online, here's why that might be happening.


Low Stock or Limited Availability

When an item’s stock drops below a certain threshold, we temporarily disable online ordering to reduce the risk of taking orders we can't fulfill. This helps prevent customer disappointment in case the item sells out before your order is processed.


Clearance and Liquidation Products

For certain models that are on clearance or heavily discounted, we often see rapid inventory changes. To avoid issues with fulfillment, we may turn off online purchasing for these products as well.


Can I Still Order the Item?

If you're still interested in the item, we may be able to manually place an order for you. However, please note that due to the limited stock, there's a high chance the item may no longer be available by the time your order is processed. If that happens, the transaction would be cancelled, and you wouldn’t be charged.
