Why can’t I order an item online?Updated 8 days ago

If an item appears on our website but isn’t available to order online, it’s usually for one of the following reasons:


Low Stock or Limited Availability

When an item’s inventory drops too low, we temporarily disable online ordering to avoid accepting orders we may not be able to fulfill. This helps prevent disappointment if the item sells out before your order is processed.


Clearance or Final Markdown Items

Clearance products can sell out very quickly. To avoid issues with rapidly changing inventory, online ordering may be turned off for some heavily discounted items.
