Yes! You can exchange any item purchased online, either for a different size or for another product of your choice.

  • Free of charge: Unlike returns, exchanges are always free. We’ll cover the shipping.

  • No need to reorder: If the item/size you want is available, we’ll ship it out as soon as your original item is received.

  • Out of stock? You can choose something else instead, no need to place a new order.

  • Defective or wrong item? Use the same exchange process and we’ll replace it at no cost.

  • How to start: Click here to initiate an exchange. You’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions to drop off your package at any courier location.

Good to know:

  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition/packaging.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

  • We’ll process your exchange as soon as the original item is received by our team.
