Free of charge: Unlike returns, exchanges are always free. We’ll cover the shipping.
No need to reorder: If the item/size you want is available, we’ll ship it out as soon as your original item is received.
Out of stock? You can choose something else instead, no need to place a new order.
Defective or wrong item? Use the same exchange process and we’ll replace it at no cost.
