How do I return an online order?Updated 11 hours ago

You can return online orders free of charge in any GLOBO store or by using our courier service.
Purchases made in store can only be returned in store.

If your order was paid with PayPal, please note:

  • Refunds to PayPal are only possible when using our courier return service.

  • When returning in store, PayPal purchases can be exchanged or refunded to a GLOBO gift card or a debit card.


Return In Store (Free & Fastest)

To return an online order in person:

  1. Bring your unworn item and your order confirmation email.

  2. Visit any GLOBO location. Use our Store Locator to find a store near you.

  3. Our team will process the return or exchange on the spot.

For split payments (gift card + another payment method):
Refunds are applied to the gift card first, and any remaining amount is returned to the other original payment method.


Return by Mail ($4.95 Fee)

If visiting a store isn’t convenient, you can return your online order using our courier partner, Canada Post.

How to start a mail-in return

  1. Go to Manage My Order > More Options > Return My Order.

  2. Our team will provide you with a QR Code.

  3. Present the QR code at any Canada Post location to return your package.

What happens next

  • Your item will be returned to us for processing.

  • Once we receive the returned item, your refund—minus the $4.95 return fee—will be issued within 10 business days.


Additional Information

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • In-store purchases must be returned in store only.

  • PayPal refunds are processed only through courier returns.
