How do I return an order?Updated 21 hours ago

You can return online orders free of charge at any Globo or by using a courier service. Purchases and orders made in store can only be returned in store. Please note that purchases made with PayPal can only be refunded via PayPal if you return through our courier service. If you used PayPal as your method of payment, in store your purchase can be exchanged or refunded to a Globo gift card or to a debit card.


To return in store

To find the store closest to you, use our Store Locator. Simply return unworn, unwashed items to the branch of your choice, and our team members will be happy to help. For purchases made using split payment (that is, combining a gift card and another payment method), the refund will always be applied to the gift card first. Any remaining balance will be refunded according to the other method of payment used originally.

Returns online

To start your return, simply enter your order number and your postal code at the top right and click Start a return request. Your order will display, then you will be asked to select the items you wish to return. Select the drop-down option that best describes the reason for your return. Then click Submit, and we will email you containing the FedEx label along with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
