If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or get a refund on any unworn item in its original packaging within 30 days of your purchase, upon presentation of the original receipt or gift receipt. All refunds will be made using the original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.


Return and exchange restrictions:

-For hygiene reasons, earrings, hair accessories and care products cannot be refunded or exchanged.

-Final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

-Items purchased from other retailers, including big box stores, must be returned to the store where they were purchased and are subject to the original retailers return policies.

-Purchases made with Sezzle or PayPal have their own return policies, which may include processing returns in store only.


To return or exchange in store any item purchased online, please bring the items with a copy of the order confirmation email within 60 days of your purchase. Mail-in returns are only accepted for orders placed online. Note that a fee of $4.95 will be deducted from your refund for using our return service.
