If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible, unworn item(s) within 30 days of the purchase or shipping date, with the original receipt or gift receipt and original packaging. GLOBO Rewards members with PLUS or VIP status may return or exchange eligible items within 60 days of the purchase or shipping date, with proof of purchase and the original packaging.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after the return has been received and inspected.
Return Methods
In-Store Returns
- Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged in-store at no cost
- Please bring the item(s) along with a copy of the order confirmation email within 30 days of purchase
- This option allows for faster processing and immediate assistance
Returns by Mail
- Returns sent by mail are subject to a $4.95 return shipping fee
- This fee will be deducted from the refund once the return is processed
- Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable
Return & Exchange Restrictions
The following restrictions apply:
In the interest of hygiene, earrings, hair accessories, and shoe care products may not be refunded or exchanged at any time
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges
Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the original retailer and are subject to that retailer’s return policy
Purchases made via Sezzle or PayPal are subject to their respective return policies, which may include processing returns in-store only
Warranty & Defective Items
If you believe an item is defective, please contact our Customer Service team before returning the product.
Defective items are reviewed separately from standard returns and may be eligible for replacement or resolution following assessment.
