My tracking says my order was delivered, but I didn’t receive itUpdated 9 days ago

If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, here are a few things to try:

  1. Check around your residence
    Look near your door, porch, garage, mailbox area, or any safe spot where a driver might leave a package.

  2. Ask neighbours or anyone in your household
    Someone nearby may have accepted the package on your behalf.

  3. Check for a pickup location
    If you weren’t home at the time of delivery, the carrier may have left it in a secure spot or at a designated pickup point.

If you still cannot locate your package, please wait 48 business hours after the marked delivery time. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered slightly early.
